On the nose it immediately shows its floral character, as well as the fruity, with apple and peach being distinct. Its crisp acidity balances well with the smooth character that makes it a pleasant and easy-drinking wine. It goes well with Mediterranean cuisine: antipasti or white meat. It is also great with seafood.
