Pere Magloire XO Memoire is a premium Calvados (apple brandy) from the historic Pere Magloire distillery in Normandy, France, one of the oldest and most respected producers of the style. It is assembled from carefully selected eaux-de-vie that have matured for at least 15 years in oak casks, allowing the spirits to develop a rich shared "memory" of time and wood influence. The result is a rich, balanced Calvados with pronounced aromas of ripe apples, fruits, vanilla, leather, spices, and oak.
