Siflogo Keropatis Natural is a wonderful red wine, which comes to us from the beautiful Lefkada and the winery Siflogo. The winery was founded in 1994 by Dionysis and Maria Papanikolopoulou, with love and respect for the traditional methods of cultivation and winemaking, but also the indigenous varieties of the island. This label is produced exclusively from the Vertzami variety, whose grapes come from vineyards of at least 40 years old. Keropatis was the name given by the producers of Lefkada to their red wines, which had very short contact with the marcs.

Siflogo Mavropatrino Natural is a wonderful rose wine, which comes to us from the beautiful Lefkada and the winery Siflogo. The winery was founded in 1994 by Dionysis and Maria Papanikolopoulou, with love and respect for the traditional methods of cultivation and winemaking, but also the indigenous varieties of the island. This label is produced from the Mavropatrino variety, which is probably the rarest in Lefkada, with the Syflogo winery being perhaps the only winery that cultivates and vinifies this variety.

Siflogo Vardea Natural is a wonderful white wine, which comes to us from the beautiful Lefkada and the winery Siflogo. The winery was founded in 1994 by Dionysis and Maria Papanikolopoulou, with love and respect for the traditional methods of cultivation and winemaking, but also the indigenous varieties of the island. This label is produced exclusively from the Vardea variety, which is perhaps the most important white variety on the island.

Staffilo BIO Merlot is an organically grown wine that is fermented in stainless steel tanks in contact with the skins of the grapes at a controlled temperature and results in quite a fruity taste. It has an intense and bright ruby ??color as well as aromas of red forest fruits, wild strawberries, blackberries and violets. This is a warm, harmonious and persistent wine that becomes velvety over time. It is an excellent accompaniment to grilled meats or with sauce, risotto with porcini mushrooms, radicchio or legumes. Also an excellent accompaniment to grilled poultry, charcuterie appetizers and mature cheeses.

Staffilo BIO Pinot Grigio is an organic wine whose vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks together with the skins of the grapes, at a controlled temperature. It has a straw color and fruity aromas that leave notes of peach, apricot, tropical fruits and wild flowers. On the palate it is dry, full and velvety and its taste is pleasantly persistent. This wine is ideal with risotto, poultry and all kinds of dishes containing fish.

After the selection of the best grapes, fermentation takes place at a temperature of 14°C, a technique that produces subtle aromas that are particularly pleasing to the palate. It has a bright straw yellow color and very fine and persistent bubbles. Floral aromas of acacia and gentian with a light herbal note of sage and mint as well as aromas of grapefruit, pineapple and yellow apple make their presence felt. This wine is excellent as an aperitif but also for the whole meal with risotto and shellfish.

This wine is made from organically grown Glera and Pinot Noir grapes and vinified using the Charmat method. Staffilo Prosecco Rose has a light powder-pink color with many fine bubbles that enhance its brightness. With the first sip, elegant floral aromas of rose petal, peony and fruits such as raspberry, lychee and papaya are noticeable. It is delicate on the palate, refined, fresh, crisp and balanced. Perfect as an aperitif but also suitable for the whole meal, especially with fresh salmon, crayfish and crabs. Ideal with tempura prawns and salad with fennel and orange.

An Rose Semi-Dry BIO is a semi-dry organic wine, which comes to us from the Gavalas winery in Crete. It is created from the varieties Kotsifali and Cabernet Sauvignon, which grow at an altitude of 400 meters in the vineyards of Monofatsi, in Heraklion, Crete, and specifically in the vineyard "Frangospito".

Gavala Vilana Lefkos Xiros is a wonderful label with a crystal white color, aromatic complexity with hints of citrus and freshly cut peach. Its taste is rich and fruity, with delightful acidity!

Vidiano White BIO is a white dry organic wine that comes to us from the Gavalas winery in Crete. It is created 100% from the Vidiano variety, which grows at an altitude of 350 meters in the vineyards of Monofatsi in Heraklion, Crete and specifically in the vineyard "Kampos".
