Methymnaios Orange Dry is a distinct organic wine with a Protected Geographical Indication Lesvos. It's made from 100% Chidiriotiko, a rare local grape variety, resulting in a striking orange color. The nose is dominated by aromas of orange, bergamot, and orange preserves, while the palate reveals notes of apricot and caramel. It's a dry yet full-bodied wine, with an earthy, mineral finish. Serve it chilled at 8-10°C. Its rich flavor makes it ideal for pairing with almost any dish, from cured meats, seafood, salmon, bottarga, and duck to Asian dishes like sushi. It's also perfect as an aperitif or dessert wine. A wine that transports you to the volcanic soil of Lesvos.

Siflogo Brousko Natural is a wonderful red wine, which comes to us from the beautiful Lefkada and the winery Siflogo. The winery was founded in 1994 by Dionysis and Maria Papanikolopoulou, with love and respect for the traditional methods of cultivation and winemaking, but also the indigenous varieties of the island. This label is produced 100% from the Vertzami variety and matures for 18 months in French oak barrels.

Peninsula Skin Contact is an orange wine from Castile. The skins remained with the must for 149 days to add complexity and texture. A light filtration before bottling contributes to the purity of the aromas and prevents future spoilage. The aroma is very complex and develops in the glass, combining primary notes of stone fruit, orange peel, grapefruit and ginger. A very versatile and gastronomic wine that combines the lightness and delicious freshness of the variety on the palate with depth and a long, tannic aftertaste. Gastronomically, it accompanies almost everything from grilled meats, stews, but also platters with cheeses and premium charcuterie.

Garalis Salome is created 100% from the Moscato variety of Alexandria. The Muscat of Alexandria finds in this wine its classic expression: sweetness, exuberance and expressiveness, in a wine that fascinates. Wonderful aromas reminiscent of sweet spoon grapes, creme brulee, blonde currant, rose petals, dried apricots, honey and honeycomb. In the mouth it is sweet and generous, with moderate acidity, high alcohol, full body and a long aftertaste. Exuberance and Mediterranean charm from a wine that is released only in selected years. Garalis Salome will accompany wonderful fluffy cakes, brownies and chocolate souffles, as well as emmec, ravani and other syrupy sweets. This sunny Muscat of Alexandria also pairs beautifully with chocolate flavors such as a chocolate tart or a mosaic, contributing a honeyed allure. Also great next to our espresso, instead of a sweet spoon, grafting the sweetness of the wine with the pleasant, roasted bitterness of the coffee.

Dried fruits, licorice, lemon, a touch of wet stone and flint give us this special wine. Notes of apple, lemon jelly and dried pineapple slices are left on the palate combined with a balanced acidity and a metallic structure. It is a calm wine, with a full body, a silky texture and a long aftertaste.

Afianes Icarus is a unique dry rose wine from Ikaria, made from the rare Fokiano grape. Its opaque, tile-like color with orange highlights promises a special experience. The nose is fruity and complex, with aromas of wild berries, watermelon, rose, and butterscotch. On the palate, it surprises with notes of white pepper, dried fruits, and herbs. Its body is balanced by a fresh acidity and high minerality, making it perfect for parties and large gatherings. It pairs wonderfully with seafood in red sauces, Asian, and Greek cuisine with sweet and sour flavors. Avoid pairing it with overly acidic or very spicy dishes. Serve it at 10-12°C in the summer and 16°C in the winter.

It is a bright, red, cherry colored wine. Amarena cherries, graphite and lavender can be seen on the nose which are also present on the palate leaving an elegant sense of sweetness with intense acidity and a light to medium body with excellent intensity. Accompany white, red meats and charcuterie.

Bright green-yellow color, delicate floral aroma, charming blend of stone fruits and a hint of clover characterize this wine. It is crisp on the palate with excellent intensity, salty and juicy with a smooth texture. The fine silky texture of the fruit in the mouth harmonizes with the notes of orange, apricot and the soft finish of citrus fruits. Accompany salads, fish and seafood, raw or cooked with some exotic recipe.

The Lonely Red Dry BIO is a red dry organic wine, which comes to us from the Gavalas winery in Crete. Created exclusively from the Cabernet sauvignon variety, which grows in the Monofatsi vineyards, in Heraklion, Crete, and specifically in the "Kremnolia" vineyard.
