Gavalas Frangospito Red Dry BIO is full of aromas of dried fruits, spices, coffee and vanilla. It has a well-structured mouth, with gentle tannins and a rich aftertaste. Before bottling it will go through a long pre-fermentation extraction at low temperatures, then classic red vinification at graduated temperatures and will be aged for 30 months, of which 18 in French oak barrels. You can enjoy it now, but also 10-15 years after its harvest. It accompanies red meats, grilled vegetables, game, spicy sauces and hard cheeses.

Garalis Terra Ambera Deep Skin White Dry is created 100% from Muscat of Alexandria. Aromas with intensity, richness and complexity. They are reminiscent of dried apricots, yellow-fleshed peach, loquat, quince, Portobello mushroom and blonde raisin. Garalis Terra Ambera Amphora White Dry is created 100% from Muscat of Alexandria. A captivating wine with a wonderfully expressive nose, aromas of orange peel, quince jelly, dried apricot, frankincense, sage, mountain tea and flower potpourri. It gives our mouth an umami character with saltiness and intensity. Garalis Terra Ambera Amphora White Dry opulence with tannins and rich body invites pairing with rich white dishes such as baked lamb, Cretan chicken and butter pilaf and beef carpaccio with truffle oil. Garalis Terra Ambera Amphora White Dry will also provide excellent matches with vegetarian dishes such as barley with porcini mushrooms, but also vegan options, such as crispy falafel in Arabic pita with tahini sauce.

Methymnaios White Dry, an organic wine with a Protected Geographical Indication Lesvos, is a wine that expresses the island's unique volcanic soil. It's exclusively made from the local Chidiriotiko grape variety, which, through a special vinification, imparts slightly muscat-like and floral aromas, along with notes of lemon and lime. Its characteristic saltiness and minerality combine with a pleasant fresh pear flavor, offering an unexpected sweetness and depth. Serve it chilled at 8-10°C to highlight its freshness. The winery was founded in 1994 by Dionysis and Maria Papanikolopoulou, with love and respect for the traditional methods of cultivation and winemaking, but also the indigenous varieties of the island. This label is produced exclusively from the Vardea variety, which is perhaps the most important white variety on the island.

Siflogo Mavropatrino Natural is a wonderful rose wine, which comes to us from the beautiful Lefkada and the winery Siflogo. The winery was founded in 1994 by Dionysis and Maria Papanikolopoulou, with love and respect for the traditional methods of cultivation and winemaking, but also the indigenous varieties of the island. This label is produced from the Mavropatrino variety, which is probably the rarest in Lefkada, with the Syflogo winery being perhaps the only winery that cultivates and vinifies this variety.

Siflogo Keropatis Natural is a wonderful red wine, which comes to us from the beautiful Lefkada and the winery Siflogo. The winery was founded in 1994 by Dionysis and Maria Papanikolopoulou, with love and respect for the traditional methods of cultivation and winemaking, but also the indigenous varieties of the island. This label is produced exclusively from the Vertzami variety, whose grapes come from vineyards of at least 40 years old. Keropatis was the name given by the producers of Lefkada to their red wines, which had very short contact with the marcs.

It is a dry and juicy wine with lively citrus notes. The nose offers aromas of pear, lemon and some herbs such as chamomile. It has a crisp acidity with a salty intensity, a medium body with a mineral core and a fine creaminess while its finish lingers for a long time. Accompany salads, raw seafood, salmon or sushi dishes.
