Staffilo BIO Merlot is an organically grown wine that is fermented in stainless steel tanks in contact with the skins of the grapes at a controlled temperature and results in quite a fruity taste. It has an intense and bright ruby ??color as well as aromas of red forest fruits, wild strawberries, blackberries and violets. This is a warm, harmonious and persistent wine that becomes velvety over time. It is an excellent accompaniment to grilled meats or with sauce, risotto with porcini mushrooms, radicchio or legumes. Also an excellent accompaniment to grilled poultry, charcuterie appetizers and mature cheeses.

Garalis Roseus Rose Dry is created from 90% Muscat of Alexandria and 10% Limnio. Lovely youthful color and aromas of candy, caramel, white peach, rose petals and fresh flowers. In the mouth pronounced, cool acidity, moderate body and alcohol and persistent aftertaste. A rose food wine with volume and density. Delicate in aroma and dense in structure, Garalis Roseus Rose Dry will go perfectly with rich Ninoise salads, appetizers with azugies, and dishes with garlic, olives and spices. Also ideal with a traditional Spanish seafood paella. In general, Garalis Roseus Rose Dry is a versatile and flexible wine that can play the role of a wild card, with or without food.

Frangospito White Dry BIO is a white dry, organic wine that comes to us from the Gavalas winery in Crete. It is created from the varieties Malvazia and Moschato Spinas, which grow at an altitude of 400 meters in the vineyards of Monofatsi, in Heraklion, Crete, and specifically in the vineyard "Frangospito".

Garalis Limnio Of Lemnos is created 100% from the Limnio variety. Aromas of dried plums, black cherry, butterscotch and nuts. Accented acidity, round tannins, moderate body and alcohol and persistent aftertaste. A Limnio mature, rich, with excellent structure and a rich mouthfeel. Garalis Limnio Of Lemnos with its exuberant character is ideal to accompany meat dishes such as roast lamb or goat in the oven or on the spit. Its gentle tannins make it equally enjoyable alongside a beef liver or a barley with king mushrooms. It will work equally well with vegetarian aubergine dishes but also with mature cheeses such as an aged Gruyere.

After the selection of the best grapes, fermentation takes place at a temperature of 14°C, a technique that produces subtle aromas that are particularly pleasing to the palate. It has a bright straw yellow color and very fine and persistent bubbles. Floral aromas of acacia and gentian with a light herbal note of sage and mint as well as aromas of grapefruit, pineapple and yellow apple make their presence felt. This wine is excellent as an aperitif but also for the whole meal with risotto and shellfish.

This wine is made from organically grown Glera and Pinot Noir grapes and vinified using the Charmat method. Staffilo Prosecco Rose has a light powder-pink color with many fine bubbles that enhance its brightness. With the first sip, elegant floral aromas of rose petal, peony and fruits such as raspberry, lychee and papaya are noticeable. It is delicate on the palate, refined, fresh, crisp and balanced. Perfect as an aperitif but also suitable for the whole meal, especially with fresh salmon, crayfish and crabs. Ideal with tempura prawns and salad with fennel and orange.

Vidiano White BIO is a white dry organic wine that comes to us from the Gavalas winery in Crete. It is created 100% from the Vidiano variety, which grows at an altitude of 350 meters in the vineyards of Monofatsi in Heraklion, Crete and specifically in the vineyard "Kampos".

Garalis Terra Ambera White Dry is created 100% by Muscat of Alexandria. Aromas of quince, lemon zest, dough, yeast, porcini mushroom and some herbs. In the mouth, the balanced, discreet acidity with the restrained alcohol, the full body, the dense structure and the long aftertaste are elements of balance and expressiveness. An earthy and oily wine, full of richness and character. Garalis Terra Ambera White Dry, with its exuberant character, is an ideal accompaniment to oily, pelagic fish. Recipes such as baked fagri with onions and baby potatoes or grilled tuna fillet in orange sauce will pair nicely with the wine. Garalis Terra Roza Rose Dry is created from 95% Muscat of Alexandria and 5% Limnio. Wonderful aromas of red fruits, strawberry, quince, dried flowers and an umami character with the characteristic aromas of salmon fillet and soy sauce. Accentuated acidity, light tannins, restrained alcohol, full volume and long aftertaste. A culinary wine that intrigues with its simultaneously fruity and salty character. Garalis Terra Roza Rose Dry works perfectly with octopus, cuttlefish and grilled squid, while it will be a dream match with lobster and shrimp spaghetti.
