Aromas of red fruits such as sour cherry, notes of smoke as well as the 18 months of aging in barriques barrels (1/3 new) give it velvety tannins, depth of flavor and a wonderful silky elegance. For those who like good Pinots from Burgundy but don't like their prices, this Pinot from the Von Winning estate is ideal. Enjoy it with tuna, grilled or boiled meats with dark sauces and classics with Beef Bourguignon.

Chardonnay Royale is produced from grapes of the Ruppertsberg plain and is fermented and fully matured in barrels. The wine is concentrated and long with light notes of butter, passion fruit, mango, notes of white chocolate and wood with strong acidity that gives balance. This is definitely an elegant and charming wine with freshness, a lovely smoky nose, aromas of pear and herbs. Accompany it with poultry with white sauces, large fish, pork fricassee or a pumpkin soup.

Varvaglione Papale Oro is an impressively generous and rich wine with an intense red color. Aromas of fruit jam, black cherry, cassis, plum smoke, spices and a round and playful mouth are some of the elements that characterize it. The aromas of the nose continue in the mouth leaving notes of dark chocolate, licorice, mint and coffee. The aftertaste is long and a little sweet and reminds of caramel and Turkish delight. Accompany it with hearty dishes, grilled and stewed meats, game, charcuterie and meat-based first courses. It is also excellent with soups and cheeses such as Pecorino Romano.

Varvaglione Tatu is a very interesting wine from Southern Italy that, in addition to the Primitivo variety, also has 10% Aglianico. Dark red color with violet notes, aromas of ripe red fruits such as blackberries and blueberries, pleasant aromatic notes of potpourri and spices are some of the characteristics of this wine. Tselepos Santorini Laoudia Kanava Xrysou is perhaps one of the leading assyrtika on the market. Coming from a single vineyard, in the area of Laoudia in the Tower of Santorini, the grapes of the Assyrtiko variety are left to ripen before the harvest, which is of course manual. This is followed by fermentation in amphorae, where the wine remains there for 8 months together with its wine sludge to mature.
