Arran 10 years old whisky is a single malt Scotch whisky produced on the Isle of Arran, located off the west coast of Scotland. It is distilled at the Arran distillery, which was founded in 1995 and is one of the few distilleries in Scotland that is not located on the mainland.

Caol Ila 12 Year Old was introduced to us in June 2002, by Caol Ila Distillery, which is perhaps the largest and most famous distillery on the island of Islay. The distillery was founded in 1846 and is located in a hidden cove near Port Askaig on the island of Islay. The site was originally chosen for the clear water of Loch Nam Ban Lake, which is still the main source of water today.

The GlenAllachie 12 Years Old Valley Of The Rocks is a Speyside single malt whisky that embodies a rich and complex character. Matured in a blend of American oak, Pedro Ximenez, and Oloroso sherry casks, it boasts a deep amber hue and a vibrant aroma.

Balvenie 12 Year Old Doublewood whiskey was created by Malt Master David Stewart who designed the process in 1982. Whiskeys mature for at least 12 years in oak and ex-bourbon barrels before being transferred to ex-sherry Spanish barrels for 9 months. Then they all go together in large pots or tuns as they are called for 4 months. There, the flavors and aromas of all the barrels will be married before they are bottled so that this excellent single malt whiskey will come to us.

The Chita Suntory Whiskey comes to us from the Chita distillery, built in 1972 by master blender Keizo Saji, off the coast of Chita Peninsula and is one of the most famous distilleries in Japan.

Kavalan Concertmaster Port Cask Finish begins its maturation in carefully selected American oak casks, before completing the process in casks that previously housed port. This second phase gives the whisky a special smoothness, with the flavours balancing out and gaining greater depth and complexity. The end result is a rich and full-bodied whisky, with a natural sweetness and a sense of elegance in its texture.
