Montelobos Joven Oaxaca is an authentic mezcal from the Oaxaca region of Mexico, crafted from 100% organic Espadin agave using traditional production methods. The agave is roasted in underground wood-fired pits, mechanically crushed, and distilled in copper stills, resulting in a mezcal with a bold, natural character and a pure expression of its raw material. As a joven (unaged) spirit, it fully showcases the authenticity and complexity of mezcal.
