The founder of the company and its scientific advisor Matamis Apostolos manages this family business with the scientific help of his two sons and with his great experience, he selects vineyards with mainly Greek varieties and creates innovative wines promoting abroad a new concept for the quality of Greek wines but also of the Greek land.

This winery emphasizes sparkling wines based on Greek varieties. In 2009, the first Greek sparkling wine of the Spumante type was created based on Muscat of Alexandria.
