    Speyburn Bradan Orach comes from the famous Speyside whiskeys in Scotland, specifically the Speyburn distillery. The distillery was designed by Charles Doig and built by John Hopkins in 1897. River Spey is one of the best and most famous salmon fishing spots and is the inspiration for the name of this label. This label does not indicate years of aging but we know that it matures exclusively in American ex-bourbon barrels, thus acquiring special characteristics.

    Old Pulteney 10 Year Old comes to us from Scotland and specifically the city of Wick, where the Old Pulteney distillery is located. The distillery was founded in 1826 by James Henderson, giving another breath to the city of fishermen, as it was known, as there were over 8000 fishermen in the city, who even drank 500 gallons of whiskey a day, at Wick's 81 bar. This led to the ban and the closure of the winery in 1930. For 25 years there was no alcohol in the city, until after the end of World War II, the residents managed to lift the ban and reopen the distillery in 1951.
