Highland Park 15 Year Old Viking Heart is a single malt Scotch whisky that embodies the rich heritage of Orkney, the island that has shaped its distinct character. Aged for 15 years in a combination of sherry-seasoned oak casks and American oak barrels, it offers a balanced mix of sweet, fruity notes and a touch of smoke.

Highland Park's Cask Strength Release No.4 is a robust single malt Scotch whisky. This release is predominantly matured in first-fill sherry-seasoned European oak casks, complemented by first-fill sherry-seasoned American oak casks, ex-bourbon casks, and, notably for the first time, ex-port casks.

Kavalan Concertmaster Port Cask Finish begins its maturation in carefully selected American oak casks, before completing the process in casks that previously housed port. This second phase gives the whisky a special smoothness, with the flavours balancing out and gaining greater depth and complexity. The end result is a rich and full-bodied whisky, with a natural sweetness and a sense of elegance in its texture.

The Kavalan distillery's Solist line features whiskey made from carefully chosen barrels by their Master Blenders, each offering unique character and exceptional quality. The whiskey is aged in hand-selected American ex-bourbon casks, enhancing its flavor profile.
