Malt Whisky

Highland Park Einar was introduced in 2013 and is part of The Warrior Series. It comes to us from the Orkney Islands and the Highland Park distillery, which was founded in 1798 by Magnus Eunson. It is the northernmost distillery in the world and one of the few that uses traditional, handmade malting threshing floors to make its spirits. The label was named after Einar, who was once the ruler of the Orkney Islands and matures in American and European oak barrels.

Highland Park 12 Years Old Spicy & Well Rounded is a classic single malt whisky from the Highland Park Distillery in Orkney, Scotland, renowned for its exceptional balance of sweetness, gentle smoke, and spice. It is matured in a combination of American oak ex-bourbon and European oak sherry casks, resulting in a multi-layered profile. The light use of Orkney peat adds a subtle smoky character without overpowering the other flavors.

Tomatin is among the top ten distilleries in Scotland. Today the factory produces 2 million liters of alcohol per year. Historically Tomatin has produced malt for blended whiskey companies, but today the company focuses on creating high quality single malt whisky.

Tomatin Legacy comes from the Highlands of Scotland and the Tomatin distillery, which is located in the village of the same name. Although it is a whiskey produced from the 16th century, the distillery was not founded until 1897. Since then, the secluded and idyllic environment of Tomatin was almost perfect, but there was no workforce, as the locals were mainly engaged in animal husbandry and their land. In order to be able to solve this, the company created accommodation for its employees, something that continues to this day. This label will mature in new oak barrels and ex-bourbon barrels, without however mentioning its aging period.

Another reason that has made the distillery famous, is that it managed to enter the guinness book, creating the largest whiskey bottle in the world, 105.3 liters.

The Tomintoul distillery was built in 1960 and has been producing high quality whiskey ever since. Another reason that has made the distillery famous, is that it managed to enter the guinness book, creating the largest whiskey bottle in the world, 105.3 liters.

Jaburn Whiskey is a whiskey that is essential in every bar. It is mainly used for cocktails and gives a pleasant, spicy aftertaste.

Tamnavulin Double Cask was matured in oak casks while its finish was made in Sherry casks, thus acquiring its golden, amber color.

Tamnavulin Tempranilo is a single malt Scotch Whiskey, which initially matured in American oak barrels and underwent an additional maturation period in barrels that previously contained red wine.

Tamdhu 12 Year Old is aged for 12 years in oak sherry barrels. This wonderfully aged whiskey was presented in a completely retro bottle.

Talisker Storm is produced in Scotland and the Isle of Skye, where Talisker's distillery is located and in fact is the only one on the island. It has been operating for about 200 years and they certainly know how to create a special malt whisky. This particular label was introduced to us in 2013 as a no age label, but it appears to have been aged in carefully selected and roasted American oak barrels. It is perhaps the Talisker distillery's smokiest label, as well as the most representative of its character.

Talisker Skye is produced in Scotland and the island of Skye, where the Talisker distillery is located and is in fact the only one on the island. It has been operating for about 200 years and they definitely know how to create a unique malt whiskey.

Speyburn Hopkins Reserve comes to us from the famous Speyside of Scotland and specifically from the Speyburn Distillery. The distillery was designed by Charles Doig and built by John Hopkins in 1897. The Speyburn Hopkins Reserve is a tribute to the founder of the distillery and is of course named after him.

Speyburn Bradan Orach comes from the famous Speyside whiskeys in Scotland, specifically the Speyburn distillery. The distillery was designed by Charles Doig and built by John Hopkins in 1897. River Spey is one of the best and most famous salmon fishing spots and is the inspiration for the name of this label. This label does not indicate years of aging but we know that it matures exclusively in American ex-bourbon barrels, thus acquiring special characteristics.

Scarabus Islay is a unique label, which comes to us from Hunter & Laing Distillery. It was created especially for Feis Ile (Islay Music and Whiskey Festival) 2019, but it immediately managed to become loved due to its special characteristics.

Scapa The Orcadian Skiren comes from Scotland and the Orkney Islands, where Scotland's second northernmost distillery is. The people of the distillery christened the label with the name Skiren, which describes the bright summer sky in the Norwegian dialect.

Singleton of Dufftown Masters Selection comes from Speyside, Scotland, which is famous for its excellent whiskey. Dufftown Distillery was founded in the 19th century and with more than 120 years of experience, offers us special labels. One of them is the Singleton Of Dufftown Masters Selection, which is probably one of the most suitable to be sued in the world of malt whisky. Master of Malts, Craig Wilson, will carefully select the malt whiskys and mix them, before letting them mature into American and European ex-wine, ex-sherry and ex-bourbon oak barrels, thus acquiring special characteristics.

Cardhu Gold Reserve is produced in one of Speyside's oldest distilleries, near the River Spey. The distillery was founded by John Cumming and his wife Helen. Helen and Elizabeth Cumming are the two women who are responsible much of Cardhu's current form and those who grew up and made the distillery famous through their activities.

After 10 years of aging in carefully selected oak casks, Old Ballantruan Smokey Original Single Malt is bottled at 50% alcohol and has no artificial colors or chill-filtered to preserve its layered and integrated peaty flavors.

The distillery was founded in 1826 by James Henderson, giving another breath to the city of fishermen, as it was known, as there were over 8000 fishermen in the city, who even drank 500 gallons of whiskey a day, at Wick's 81 bar. This led to the ban and the closure of the winery in 1930. For 25 years there was no alcohol in the city, until after the end of World War II, the residents managed to lift the ban and reopen the distillery in 1951.
