Balvenie 12 Year Old Doublewood whiskey was created by Malt Master David Stewart who designed the process in 1982. Whiskeys mature for at least 12 years in oak and ex-bourbon barrels before being transferred to ex-sherry Spanish barrels for 9 months. Then they all go together in large pots or tuns as they are called for 4 months. There, the flavors and aromas of all the barrels will be married before they are bottled so that this excellent single malt whiskey will come to us.

Balvenie 12 years old American Oak is a single malt Scotch whisky that has been matured for 12 years in American oak barrels. This whiskey is distilled in the Balvenie Distillery, which is located in the Speyside region of Scotland. The American oak barrels used in the maturation process are carefully selected to bring out the best qualities of the whiskey!

It comes to us from the Highlands of Scotland, specifically the Balblair Distillery, which was created by John Ross and is full of pure ingredients, experience and knowledge. Bablair 12 Year Old will be aged in two types of barrel, in American oak, double-charred barrels and in ex-bourbon barrels, for at least 12 years. It is then bottled in its natural color, without going through cold filtration and with 46% alcohol content.

Aultmore Foggie Moss 12 Years is a stunning label, which comes to us from Aultmore Distillery. It was founded in 1895 by Alexander Edward and had several difficulties at the beginning. It changed hands and closed several times, before being bought by Dewars, in 1998.
