The whiskey is then aged in oak casks for at least 15 years, which lends extra complexity and depth to the final product.

GlenDronach 10 Year Old Forgue comes to us from Scotland and the GlenDronach Distillery, founded in 1826 by James Allardice and located in Forgue, Aberdeenshire. This particular label was released in 2018 and comes to us without going through the filtration process, after first maturing for 10 years in ex-oloroso and Pedro Ximenez Sherry barrels, acquiring its special characteristics.
