Malt Whisky

Cardhu Gold Reserve is produced in one of Speyside's oldest distilleries, near the River Spey. The distillery was founded by John Cumming and his wife Helen. Helen and Elizabeth Cumming are the two women who are responsible much of Cardhu's current form and those who grew up and made the distillery famous through their activities.

The Observatory 20-Year-Old whisky is a masterfully aged single malt, offering a rich and complex profile. Matured for two decades in carefully selected oak casks, it boasts deep amber hues and a velvety texture.

Aberlour 10 Year Old Forest Reserve comes from Aberlour Distillery and Speyside, Scotland. The label got its name because of the distillery's commitment to preserve the Speyside forest where it is located. It will mature in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry barrels and will end up in French, oak Limousin barrels.

Ancnoc 12 Year Old began production in 1894, in the northeastern tip of Scotland, specifically in Aberdeenshire. Using traditional methods, a classic recipe and their infrequent distillery, they managed to create a wonderful whiskey with a light but complex character.

The Epicurean by Douglas Laing is a refined Lowland Malt Scotch Whisky that embodies the light, fresh, and floral character of the region. Crafted from a selection of the finest Lowland single malts, it offers a bright and zesty aroma with notes of citrus and sweet barley.

Glen Kirk Speyside 8 Year Old comes to us from Scotland and specifically from Speyside, which is famous for its salmon fishing on the river Spey and of course for its excellent distilleries, which create special malt whiskey. The spirits that will be used to create this label will mature for at least 8 years in oak barrels, thus acquiring its special characteristics.

The Deveron 10 Year Old comes to us from the MacDuff Distillery in Scotland and is one of the few distilleries in Scotland whose labels do not bear the name of the distillery.

Glenfarclas 8Yrs is an authentic single malt whisky from the historic Glenfarclas Distillery, located in the Speyside region of Scotland. Glenmorangie X comes to us from Scotland and the Glenmorangie distillery, which is famous for its tall distilleries and of course its excellent whiskey. It was founded in 1843 in the Highlands of Scotland, with production starting in 1849 and is considered a pioneer in the technique of double maturation of whiskey, in barrels of sherry, port and wine. Glenmorangie X was created in collaboration with several bartenders, to become the ultimate malt whiskey for cocktails.

Glenmorangie Triple Cask Reserve is a refined single malt that showcases Glenmorangie's skill in blending the character of multiple cask types. Maturing in three different casks, it delivers a rich and layered profile, full of balance and subtle notes of fruit and spice.
