Adnams Single Malt Whisky is a premium English whisky produced by Adnams, a renowned brewery and distillery based in Southwold, Suffolk, United Kingdom. This whisky represents the culmination of Adnams' long-standing expertise in brewing and distillation, showcasing their commitment to crafting exceptional spirits.

Ancnoc Black Hill Reserve was introduced to us in 2015 and we loved it from the first moment. It is another creation of the Knockdhu distillery, which since 1894 that founded by John Morrison, is still considered one of the distilleries that make "modern" whiskeys.

Talisker Skye is produced in Scotland and the island of Skye, where the Talisker distillery is located and is in fact the only one on the island. It has been operating for about 200 years and they definitely know how to create a unique malt whiskey.

Aberfeldy 12 Years Old Madeira Cask is a delightful expression that marries the smoothness of Aberfeldy's signature style with the rich influence of Madeira cask maturation.

Old Perth Original Whiskey is a delightful and timeless expression that pays homage to the historic Old Perth blended whisky, which began in the early 1900s in Perth, Scotland. This revival of the classic brand preserves the essence of the original recipe, showcasing the art and expertise of whiskey making from a bygone era.

Talisker 10 Year Old is produced in Scotland and the island of Skye, where the Talisker distillery is located and is in fact the only one on the island. It has been operating for about 200 years and they definitely know how to create a unique malt whiskey. One of the best is the Talisker 10 Year Old, which is especially loved by sailors, due to its strong marine personality, but also by many fans of the genre. It will mature for at least 10 years in American oak barrels, acquiring special characteristics.

Glenrothes Manse Reserve comes from Scotland and the Glenrothes Distillery, which founded in 1878 by four partners. Obstacles and changes of ownership followed the company like a curse until 1963, when it began to take over and until 1989 it supplied Cutty Sark and Famous Grouse. The company rose to prominence again in 1999 because of a grant it received from its people, who had brilliant ideas. This label was introduced to us in 2013 and the spirits used to create it have matured in American oak barrels and ex-sherry barrels.

The Isle of Jura Winter Edition is a single malt Scotch whisky crafted to evoke the warmth and comfort of the winter season. Initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels and finished in hand-selected Spanish sherry casks, offering a rich and indulgent profile.

Talisker Storm is produced in Scotland and the Isle of Skye, where Talisker's distillery is located and in fact is the only one on the island. It has been operating for about 200 years and they certainly know how to create a special malt whisky. This particular label was introduced to us in 2013 as a no age label, but it appears to have been aged in carefully selected and roasted American oak barrels. It is perhaps the Talisker distillery's smokiest label, as well as the most representative of its character.

Bowmore 9 Year Old is a well-balanced single malt Scotch whisky from Islay, matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks.
