Caol Ila 12 Year Old was introduced to us in June 2002, by Caol Ila Distillery, which is perhaps the largest and most famous distillery on the island of Islay. The distillery was founded in 1846 and is located in a hidden cove near Port Askaig on the island of Islay. The site was originally chosen for the clear water of Loch Nam Ban Lake, which is still the main source of water today.

Crafted with care in the heart of Scotland's whisky country, Aberlour 12 Years Old is a testament to the distillery's commitment to quality and tradition. Each sip reveals layers of complexity, from its initial burst of fruitiness to its lingering warmth, making it a cherished choice for both seasoned whisky enthusiasts and newcomers alike.

Deanston 12-Year-Old Un-Chill Filtered is a rich and naturally crafted Highland single malt whisky, matured in ex-bourbon casks to enhance its honeyed sweetness and smooth, creamy texture.

Ancnoc Rudhan Estuche is popular all over the world. It got its name from the peat harvesting process, which arose from the part of the process where the peat is stacked for weeks to dry.

The Ardbeg Wee Beastie 5 Year Old comes from the south coast of Islay Island in Scotland and the Ardbeg Distillery, created in 1815 by the MacDougal family. It is the latest addition to the company's labels and surprises us with how easily it gained its own audience.

Wolfburn Morven Lightly Peated is a captivating single malt whiskey hailing from the northernmost distillery in mainland Scotland. This expression showcases a subtle and refined level of peat smoke, distinguishing it from other offerings from the Wolfburn distillery. The whiskey is named after the nearby Morven hills, which provide a picturesque backdrop to the distillery's rugged coastal location.

GlenDronach 12 Year Old comes from Scotland and the GlenDronach Distillery, founded in 1826 by James Allardice and located in Forgue, Aberdeenshire.

The Cotswolds Signature Single Malt is a distinguished English whisky that reflects the essence of its namesake region. Crafted with meticulous care, it's made from locally sourced, floor-malted barley, ensuring a rich and intricate flavor profile.

Glenlivet Captain's Reserve has a history dating back to 1800 and is considered one of the finest malt whiskeys in its class. In 1822 it is said that King George IV on an official visit to Scotland asked to drink Glenlivet, leaving the world stunned, as it was then one of the many smuggled spirits in the Speyside area. The special feature of this label is that it spends some time finishing in ex-Cognac barrels.

Glenfiddich Fire & Cane is produced in a distillery, Glenfiddich, built from scratch with William Grant placing each stone. Glenfiddich means deer valley and honors this name with the deer's head engraved on each of its bottles. Glenfiddich Fire & Cane was created by Malt Master Brian Kinsman, who found a way to marry peated and malt whiskeys that have matured in ex-bourbon barrels and then will go for three months in barrels containing rum. These barrels come from many countries in the Caribbean and Latin America, resulting in a nice play between the perfumes. It was introduced to us in 2018 and since then it has gained his own audience.
