Malt Whisky

Tomatin 14-Year-Old is a rich and smooth Highland single malt whisky, matured in a combination of ex-bourbon casks and finished in Tawny Port pipes.

GlenDronach 10 Year Old Forgue comes to us from Scotland and the GlenDronach Distillery, founded in 1826 by James Allardice and located in Forgue, Aberdeenshire. This particular label was released in 2018 and comes to us without going through the filtration process, after first maturing for 10 years in ex-oloroso and Pedro Ximenez Sherry barrels, acquiring its special characteristics.

Glenmorangie 12 Year Old The Accord comes to us from Scotland and the Glenmorangie distillery, which is famous for its tall distilleries and of course its excellent whiskey. It was founded in 1843 in the Highlands of Scotland, with production starting in 1849 and is considered a pioneer in the technique of double maturation of whiskey, in barrels of sherry, port and wine. The spirits, which will be used to create this label, will mature for at least 12 years in American ex-bourbon barrels and hand-picked Oloroso Sherry Casks.

Highland Park Einar was introduced in 2013 and is part of The Warrior Series. It comes to us from the Orkney Islands and the Highland Park distillery, which was founded in 1798 by Magnus Eunson. It is the northernmost distillery in the world and one of the few that uses traditional, handmade malting threshing floors to make its spirits. The label was named after Einar, who was once the ruler of the Orkney Islands and matures in American and European oak barrels.

Scallywag 13 Years Old is a rich and flavorful single malt Scotch whisky, renowned for its smoothness and complexity. Distilled by the Douglas Laing & Co. family, it is crafted using a blend of carefully selected sherry casks, imparting a deep amber color and a delightful sweetness.

Talisker x Parley Wilder Seas is a limited-edition single malt Scotch whisky that represents a pioneering collaboration between Talisker Distillery and the environmental organization Parley for the Oceans. This expression marks several firsts for Talisker: it is the distillery's inaugural release finished in French Oak XO Cognac casks, and it comes in a 100% recycled glass bottle made from biofuel. Each bottle sold contributes 3 pounds to support ocean conservation efforts.

The Glenfiddich Perpetual Collection Vat 01 is a vibrant single malt Scotch whisky that celebrates the brand's pioneering spirit. Crafted in Glenfiddich's Solera Vat, this expression matures continuously, blending together new and aged whiskies to create a harmonious, consistent flavor.

Talisker Dark Storm is an intensely smoky single malt from the Isle of Skye, matured in heavily charred casks that enhance its depth and complexity. Aromas of sea salt, black pepper, and rich peat intertwine with hints of caramelized wood and dark spices. On the palate, it is warm, bold, and unmistakably Talisker, offering a long finish filled with smoke and a gentle bittersweet touch.

Dalmore 12 Year Old comes to us from the Highlands of Scotland and a secluded area on the banks of the Cromarty Firth. The story of its special emblem began in 1263, when Colin Of Kintail, leader of the Mackenzie Clan, rescued the King of Scotland, Alexander III, by killing a stag that attacked him. As a reward, the king gave the Colin of Kintail the emblem of the stag with 12 horns, an emblem that adorns the bottle to this day.
