Adnams Single Malt Whisky is a premium English whisky produced by Adnams, a renowned brewery and distillery based in Southwold, Suffolk, United Kingdom. This whisky represents the culmination of Adnams' long-standing expertise in brewing and distillation, showcasing their commitment to crafting exceptional spirits.

Ancnoc Black Hill Reserve was introduced to us in 2015 and we loved it from the first moment. It is another creation of the Knockdhu distillery, which since 1894 that founded by John Morrison, is still considered one of the distilleries that make "modern" whiskeys.

Talisker Skye is produced in Scotland and the island of Skye, where the Talisker distillery is located and is in fact the only one on the island. It has been operating for about 200 years and they definitely know how to create a unique malt whiskey.

Aberfeldy 12 Years Old Madeira Cask is a delightful expression that marries the smoothness of Aberfeldy's signature style with the rich influence of Madeira cask maturation.

Old Perth Original Whiskey is a delightful and timeless expression that pays homage to the historic Old Perth blended whisky, which began in the early 1900s in Perth, Scotland. This revival of the classic brand preserves the essence of the original recipe, showcasing the art and expertise of whiskey making from a bygone era.

Talisker 10 Year Old is produced in Scotland and the island of Skye, where the Talisker distillery is located and is in fact the only one on the island. It has been operating for about 200 years and they definitely know how to create a unique malt whiskey. One of the best is the Talisker 10 Year Old, which is especially loved by sailors, due to its strong marine personality, but also by many fans of the genre. It will mature for at least 10 years in American oak barrels, acquiring special characteristics.

Glenrothes Manse Reserve comes from Scotland and the Glenrothes Distillery, which founded in 1878 by four partners. Obstacles and changes of ownership followed the company like a curse until 1963, when it began to take over and until 1989 it supplied Cutty Sark and Famous Grouse. The company rose to prominence again in 1999 because of a grant it received from its people, who had brilliant ideas. This label was introduced to us in 2013 and the spirits used to create it have matured in American oak barrels and ex-sherry barrels.

The Isle of Jura Winter Edition is a single malt Scotch whisky crafted to evoke the warmth and comfort of the winter season. Initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels and finished in hand-selected Spanish sherry casks, offering a rich and indulgent profile.

Talisker Storm is produced in Scotland and the Isle of Skye, where Talisker's distillery is located and in fact is the only one on the island. It has been operating for about 200 years and they certainly know how to create a special malt whisky. This particular label was introduced to us in 2013 as a no age label, but it appears to have been aged in carefully selected and roasted American oak barrels. It is perhaps the Talisker distillery's smokiest label, as well as the most representative of its character.

Bowmore 9 Year Old is a well-balanced single malt Scotch whisky from Islay, matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks.

Glen Elgin 12 Years Old is a single malt Scotch whisky known for its rich and complex flavor profile. Distilled in the Speyside region, it showcases the smooth, fruity characteristics typical of the area.

Connemara Distillers Edition is a special release from the Cooley Distillery, known for its innovative approach to Irish whiskey-making. This expression builds upon the foundation of Connemara's classic peated single malt whiskey but undergoes a unique finishing process to impart additional depth and complexity.

Aberfeldy 12 Year Old comes to us from Scotland and specifically from the Pitilie Burn spring in the village of Aberfeldy. Produced since 1898 at Aberfeldy Distillery, Dewar's flagship distillery.

Ledaig Sinclair Series Rioja Cask Finish is a rich and smoky single malt from the Tobermory Distillery on the Isle of Mull. Aged in ex-bourbon casks before being finished in hand-selected Rioja wine casks, it offers a bold combination of maritime peat smoke, sweet red berries, and warming spice.

Glenmorangie 10 Year Old comes to us from Scotland and the Glenmorangie distillery, which is famous for its tall distilleries and of course its excellent whiskey. It was founded in 1843 in the Highlands of Scotland, with production starting in 1849 and is considered a pioneer in the technique of double maturation of whiskey, in barrels of sherry, port and wine. This label is the most authentic expression of Glenmorangie distillery and is produced from the marriage of spirits that has matured in first and second use barrels of white American oak.

Highland Park 12 Year Old comes from the Orkney Islands and the Highland Park Distillery, which was founded in 1798 by Magnus Eunson. It is the northernmost distillery in the world and one of the few that uses traditional, handmade malting threshing floors to make its spirits. This label will mature for at least 12 years in new European Olorosso Sherry barrels. Highland Park 12 Year Old is the malt whiskey, which Michael Jackson praised, saying that it is the best whiskey in the world of malt whiskeys.

Speyburn 10 Years is a fine and affordable single malt Scotch whiskey from the Speyside region of Scotland. Named after the Spey Burn, the source of clear water that flows through the distillery, Speyburn 10 Years pays homage to the pristine natural environment that shapes its character.

BenRiach 10 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whiskey produced at the BenRiach Distillery in Scotland. This is a well-regarded whiskey that offers a balanced and complex flavor profile at an affordable price. It's a good choice for those looking to explore the world of single malt whisky, as well as experienced drinkers looking for a reliable and enjoyable drink!

Knockando 12 years is a refined and approachable single malt whisky that embodies the essence of time-honored craftsmanship. Upon the first sip, delicate aromas of honey and fresh fruits gently greet the senses, invoking images of serene Scottish landscapes.

Penderyn Rich Oak is a Welsh single malt whisky matured in ex-bourbon casks before being finished in European ex-wine oak casks, imparting a deep, rich character. It boasts a well-balanced profile with aromas of dark chocolate, dried fruit, and warming spices, complemented by hints of toffee and vanilla.

The Glenlivet 12 Year Old from Speyside and with at least 12 years of maturation in European and American barrels, could not be anything less than a wonderful sigle malt. The water from Jossie's Well helps the flavors mix and take on the character of Glenlivet. In 1822 it is said that King George IV on an official visit to Scotland asked to drink Glenlivet, leaving the world stunned, as it was then one of the many smuggled spirits in the Speyside area. Of course the owner of Glenlivet, George Smith, did not miss the opportunity to offer him and 2 years later get the permission to distill the whiskey.

Glengarry 12 Year Old comes from the Highlands of Scotland and specifically the distillery Loch Lomond. The Loch Lomond distillery has been producing whiskey since 1814 and based on its traditional recipes and methods, it offers us wonderful labels to this day. The spirits that will be used to create the Glengarry 12 Year Old will mature in 3 types of barrels, ex-bourbon, refill and re-charred.

Smokehead Islay Single Malt is a bold and distinctive expression that encapsulates the rugged character of Islay whiskies.

Cardhu Amber Rock is produced in one of Speyside's oldest distilleries, near the River Spey. The distillery was founded by John Cumming and his wife Helen. Helen and Elizabeth Cumming are the two women who are responsible much of Cardhu's current form and those who grew up and made the distillery famous through their activities.

Tomatin 12 Year Old comes from the Highlands of Scotland and the Tomatin distillery, which is located in the village of the same name. Although it is a whiskey produced since the 16th century, the distillery was founded only in 1897.
