Tomintoul 14 Yeal Old comes from the Highlands of Scotland, one of the highest altitude villages, and the Tomintoul Distillery. Mackmyra Brukswhisky is a single malt whiskey, which comes to us from Sweden and the Mackmyra distillery. The idea to make a Swedish whiskey was started by 8 friends in 1998. To make sure that their 8 classmates would not lose touch, they arranged to be in Salen once a year. At one of their meetings they all happened to have a bottle of whiskey. During dinner and looking at the bottles on the table, one of them wondered if there was Swedish whiskey and that's how it all started. The distillery was established and from 1999 they continue to offer us excellent labels such as Mackmyra Brukswhisky.

Isle Of Jura The Sound is a smooth whiskey with an unexpected character inspired by the wild seas that surround the Jura and matured in Pedro Ximenez casks containing 15 years of sherry. This is a single malt whiskey made by a tiny island community.

Obstacles and changes of ownership followed the company like a curse until 1963, when it began to take over and until 1989 it supplied Cutty Sark and Famous Grouse. The company rose to prominence again in 1999 due to a grant it also received from its people, who had brilliant ideas.

Glengoyne 12 Year Old is made in one of the most beautiful distilleries in Scotland, which was founded in 1833 and is located just 12 miles from Glasgow. From then until today, the distillery uses the same, old distillation method for malt whiskeys, thus keeping their traditional character.

The Ileach brand, introduced in the late 1990s, was created by the Vintage Malt Whisky Company to cater to the Swedish market. Over time, it gained popularity in several other regions, including Norway.

The Glenlivet 12 Year Old First Fill comes to us from Scotland and the oldest legal distillery in the parish of Glenlivet. The water from Jossie's Well helps the flavors mix and take on the character of Glenlivet. In 1822 it is said that King George IV on an official visit to Scotland asked to drink Glenlivet, leaving the world stunned, as it was then one of the many smuggled spirits in the Speyside area. Of course the owner of Glenlivet, George Smith, did not miss the opportunity to offer him and 2 years later get the permission to distill the whiskey. Glenlivet 12 Year Old First Fill matures for 12 years in new, American oak barrels, which have not hosted anything else before, thus giving more fragrance to the Glenlivet 12 Year Old First Fill.

Tomatin is among the top ten distilleries in Scotland. Today the factory produces 2 million liters of alcohol per year. Historically Tomatin has produced malt for blended whiskey companies, but today the company focuses on creating high quality single malt whisky.

The Glenkinchie distillery was founded in 1837 and is one of the few remaining Lowland distilleries in Scotland. It is located near Edinburgh, the capital city of Scotland, and draws its water from the Lammermuir Hills.
