Caol Ila 12 Year Old was introduced to us in June 2002, by Caol Ila Distillery, which is perhaps the largest and most famous distillery on the island of Islay. The distillery was founded in 1846 and is located in a hidden cove near Port Askaig on the island of Islay. The site was originally chosen for the clear water of Loch Nam Ban Lake, which is still the main source of water today.

Penderyn Portwood is a rich and elegant expression from the renowned Welsh distillery. Aged in ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in Portuguese port casks, it boasts a deep amber hue and a complex flavor profile.

Tullibardine The Murray is a premium single malt Highland whisky, part of the distillery's Marquess Collection. Named after Sir William Murray, it is matured in first-fill bourbon casks before being finished in carefully selected sherry or wine casks to enhance its complexity.

Mac-Talla Mara is an Islay single malt that captures the coastal essence often found in whiskies from this renowned Hebridean island. While the exact distillery remains undisclosed, this whisky was matured in American oak casks and bottled at cask strength by the Morrison family, who have a long-standing legacy in Scotch whisky.

Laphroaig Distillery was founded in 1815 and is known for producing some of the most heavily peated whiskeys in Scotland. There, a number of single malt whiskeys are produced, including Laphroaig Four Oak, which is a limited edition expression released in 2020.

Mannochmore 12 Year Old is a malt whiskey that comes to us from Speyside, Scotland, specifically from the Mannochmore distillery. The distillery was built in 1971, next to the Glenlossie Distillery, as it was originally just an extension of the distillery for practice. That changed in 2008 and since then each distillery has its own team.

BenRiach 10 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whiskey produced at the BenRiach Distillery in Scotland. This is a well-regarded whiskey that offers a balanced and complex flavor profile at an affordable price. Glenmorangie 14 Year Old The Elementa comes to us from Scotland and the Glenmorangie distillery, which is famous for its tall distilleries and of course its excellent whiskey. It was founded in 1843 in the Highlands of Scotland, with production starting in 1849 and is considered a pioneer in the technique of double maturation of whiskey, in barrels of sherry, port and wine. The spirits, which will be used to create this label, will mature for at least 14 years in ex-bourbon barrels before being placed in new oak barrels for a period of time.

Aberfeldy Distillery was founded in 1896 by John Dewar & Sons, one of Scotland's most famous whiskey producers. The distillery is located on the banks of the River Tay, which is known for its clear water and rich gold deposits. Water from the river is used to produce Aberfeldy 16 year old, along with locally malted barley.

Glenrothes Maker's Cut comes from Scotland and the Glenrothes Distillery, which was founded in 1878 by four partners. Obstacles and changes of ownership followed the company like a curse until 1963, when it began to take over and until 1989 it supplied Cutty Sark and Famous Grouse. The company rose to prominence again in 1999 due to a grant it also received from its people, who had brilliant ideas.

Ardbeg An Oa is an exceptional single malt whisky hailing from the renowned Ardbeg Distillery on the Isle of Islay, Scotland. Glenfiddich 18 Year Old is produced in a distillery, Glenfiddich, built from scratch with William Grant placing each stone. Glenfiddich means deer valley and honors this name with the deer's head engraved on each of its bottles.

Bowmore 15 Year Old Golden & Elegant is an amazing malt whiskey that was introduced to us in 2017 and which comes to us from Scotland and specifically the city of Bowmore and from the eponymous distillery. The town of Bowmore was founded in 1768 and just 11 years later, in 1779, the first legal distillery on the island of Islay became operational, under the supervision of David Simon. The Bowmore 15 Year Old Golden & Elegant will mature in ex-bourbon barrels and hogsheads, which will give it its special aromas.

The Dalmore 12 Year Old Sherry Cask Select is a refined single malt whisky that showcases the art of sherry cask maturation. Matured for an initial period in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, it is then transferred to specially selected Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks from Jerez, Spain.
