Glenlivet Triple Cask Distillers Reserve is a malt whiskey that comes to us from Scotland and the Glenlivet distillery. In 1822 it is said that King George IV on an official visit to Scotland asked to drink Glenlivet, leaving the world stunned, as it was then one of the many smuggled spirits in the Speyside area. Of course the owner of Glenlivet, George Smith, did not miss the opportunity to offer him and 2 years later to get permission to distill the whiskey. This label will mature into three types of barrels, American white oak barrels, ex-sherry barrels and new American oak barrels, thus acquiring its special characteristics.

Aberfeldy 12 Year Old comes to us from Scotland and specifically from the Pitilie Burn spring in the village of Aberfeldy. Produced since 1898 at Aberfeldy Distillery, Dewar's flagship distillery.

Isle Of Jura Prophecy comes from Scotland and the Jura Distillery, founded in 1810 by Archibald Campbell. The distillery was closed from 1901 until 1960 and during this time it was rebuilt from scratch, with designs by the famous architect William Delme-Evans. That's when it got its name, as it used to be called Small Isles.

Lost Distillery Towiemore is a whisky that pays homage to the historic Towiemore distillery, which operated in the Speyside region of Scotland during the 19th century. Balblair 12 Year Old is an excellent malt whisky, which was introduced to us in 2019. It comes to us from the Highlands of Scotland, specifically the Balblair Distillery, which was created by John Ross and is full of pure ingredients, experience and knowledge. Bablair 12 Year Old will be aged in two types of barrel, in American oak, double-charred barrels and in ex-bourbon barrels, for at least 12 years. It is then bottled in its natural color, without going through cold filtration and with 46% alcohol content.

Then they all go together in large pots or tuns as they are called for 4 months. There, the flavors and aromas of all the barrels will be married before they are bottled so that this excellent single malt whiskey will come to us.
