Malt Whisky

Filey Bay Flagship is an English single malt whisky from Yorkshire, crafted entirely from locally grown barley by the Spirit of Yorkshire distillery. It is matured exclusively in ex-Bourbon casks, which gives it a light, fruity and creamy style - an excellent "entry-level" single malt.

Highland Park Harald is a distinctive expression from the Orkney Islands, crafted with a blend of sherry-seasoned and bourbon casks to create a harmonious balance of flavors. This limited-edition release is named after Harald, a legendary Norse figure, and embodies the rich heritage of the Viking-inspired distillery.

Oban Little Bay comes to us from Scotland and specifically the town of the fishermen, Oban in the western Highlands. It was founded in 1974 and since then until today it operates continuously, in the shadow of the imposing rock, in the center of the city. Frequent rain, fog and the climate of the area, make Oban knead the best wheat in the area, with a special recipe, to create this malt. The spirits will mature in American oak barrels and ex-sherry barrels of European oak.

The GlenDronach Port Wood is a luxurious single malt Scotch whisky that showcases a harmonious marriage of Highland heritage and bold, port-cask influence. Initially matured in the distillery's signature sherry casks, this expression is further finished in hand-selected port pipes from the Douro Valley in Portugal.

Torabhaig Legacy 3 Cnoc is a distinctive single malt Scotch whisky from the Isle of Skye in Scotland, part of the refined Legacy series from the Torabhaig distillery. Lagg Corriecravie Edition is a peated whisky crafted on the Isle of Arran, showcasing the rich, earthy character of its coastal origins.

Glenmorangie Tarlogan comes to us from Scotland and the Glenmorangie distillery, which is famous for its tall distilleries and of course its excellent whiskey. It was founded in 1843 in the Highlands of Scotland, with production starting in 1849 and is considered a pioneer in the technique of double maturation of whiskey, in barrels of sherry, port and wine. The spirits, which will be used to create this label, will be matured in ex-bourbon and new oak barrels. The label was named Glenmorangie Tarlogan after the Tarlogan Spring fountain, which has been the only water source for the distillery since 1843.

This is a bold whisky, with a rich and fruity style. The secret is that Royal Brackla 12 YRS whiskey is finished in the best Oloroso series casks, resulting in a rich finish.

Aberlour 14 Year Old Double Cask is a single malt Scotch whisky produced by the Aberlour Distillery in the Speyside region of Scotland. It is matured for 14 years in two different types of casks: first in traditional oak barrels and then finished in sherry casks, which gives it a rich and complex flavor profile.
