Malt Whisky

Balblair 12 Year Old is an excellent malt whisky, which was introduced to us in 2019. It comes to us from the Highlands of Scotland, specifically the Balblair Distillery, which was created by John Ross and is full of pure ingredients, experience and knowledge. Bablair 12 Year Old will be aged in two types of barrel, in American oak, double-charred barrels and in ex-bourbon barrels, for at least 12 years. It is then bottled in its natural color, without going through cold filtration and with 46% alcohol content.

Aberlour White Oak 2012 is a refined single malt Scotch whiskey made with meticulous attention to detail. This expression was distilled in 2012 and embodies the essence of Aberlour's rich heritage and commitment to quality. Its name, "White Oak", refers to the type of barrels used in its aging process, imparting a delicate balance of flavors.

Auchentoshan Dark Oak is a rich and complex single malt Scotch whisky, aged in a combination of Oloroso sherry, Pedro Ximenez sherry, and bourbon casks. The influence of the sherry casks adds layers of richness, while the bourbon casks bring a smooth, creamy texture.

Clynelish 14 year old is a single malt Scotch whisky produced in the northern Highlands of Scotland.
