With a persistent finish of dried violet and plum, it is best served at 16-18°C.

The Bersano Barolo Nirvasco is a robust expression of Serralunga d'Alba, a region renowned for the structure and longevity of its wines. Working directly with the estate's producers, we have curated this exceptional Nebbiolo, which is distinguished by its garnet red color and subtle orange hues. On the palate, the extensive aging process - 36 months in oak and 18 in the bottle - yields an ethereal structure with perfectly balanced tannins and an exceptionally persistent finish.

Bersano's Barolo Badarina Riserva is an oenological giant from the prestigious Cru of Serralunga d'Alba, embodying the region's signature robustness. Through our direct relationship with the Bersano estate, we have secured this rare Riserva, which undergoes patient aging for a minimum of 60 months in oak barrels and bottle. In the glass, it reveals a bright red hue with garnet reflections, while the intense and complex nose unfolds aromas of cocoa, mint, black cherries, and leather. The palate is full-bodied, perfectly harmonious, and boasts impressive persistence.

When roots have been piercing deep granite since 1919, the result is not merely a wine, but a living time capsule of Beaujolais that defies the ages. Its rarity - with only 985 bottles harvested in 2022 - reflects a strategic curatorial choice for precision, where semi-carbonic maceration and 24 months of aging deliver a structure reminiscent of great Burgundian Crus.
