Knob Creek Small Batch will be aged for a minimum of 9 years and contains a high percentage of rye. Roasted almonds, cereals and oak dominate its aromas, accompanied by strong notes of vanilla and caramel. Its taste is full, with dark chocolate and spicy spices dominating, accompanied by strong notes of vanilla, which will also dominate the aftertaste, giving a slightly spicy and vanilla-filled aftertaste.
