It is an aromatic wine, green notes such as grass, asparagus are evident almost immediately on the nose. Tropical fruits and citrus fruits follow. In the mouth the body is light to medium but the crisp acidity makes it very refreshing. Enjoy it as an aperitif, with cool green salads, dolmades or meat and pasta with aromatic white sauces.
