Jima Liberte - Day 9 Rose Dry is unfiltered rose with intensity and finesse. The color is pink with orange highlights. The aromas are subtle and persistent, reminiscent of apple, wild strawberries and raspberries. Notes of tropical fruit such as mango, jasmine and tones of vegetation complete the palette. Its structure is ethereal and the flavors linger for hours. Its acidity gives it edginess and balances its slightly oily texture creating an addictive tendency. Ideal wine to start a meal or accompany pasta and seafood dishes.

The vine grower DipWSET Panos Tzimas Chemist and Oenologist, with MSc in Food Science and Technology. He has obtained the prestigious WSET Diploma in Wine & Spirits, after 3 years of study at WSPC, where he holds the position of trainer and quality assurance coordinator. DipWSET Panos Tzimas and his wife Dr Christy Karagiannidou manage the winery. Agronomist Nikos Tzimas monitors the vineyards and is a production and operation assistant. The winery was founded on our grandfather's plot of land, surrounded by gardens, next to their house and the old orange grove. It is located in the settlement of Kalomodia near the city of Arta. Our emblem represents the Stork carrying a bunch of grapes. During the growing season, the Stork walks among our vines in search of food. The Stork returns to our grandfather's land in Kalomodia, a few miles from the Amvrakian Gulf, for each unique vintage, during the boom.
