    The history of Tenjaku begins in Yamanashi Prefecture and specifically the city of Fuefuki. It is one of the most famous Japanese whiskey, with its name meaning "Light" and it is created to suit all consumption styles. Tenjaku is produced from corn, wheat and barley and is matured in American oak barrels.

    Akashi Red is a whiskey created at Eigashima White Oak Distillery, the first Japanese distillery licensed to produce whiskey in 1919. Like all Akashi, it is produced under the watch of a Toji (grand master in technology sake), applying various methodologies in its production process. For the production of this blend whiskey, 30% malt barley and 70% wheat will be used, while its maturation lasts at least 5 years, 3 of them in Hogsheads and 2 in white oak barrels
