Jinzu Gin was introduced to us in 2014. It is an idea of Dee Davies, a young English bartender, who won the Diageo's Show Your Spirit Competition, with this gin in 2013. Jinzu Gin is considered a British gin with a Chinese touch, the sake, which will give it a luxurious, creamy feel and a subtle sweetness. It takes its name from the Jinju River, which crosses Toyama City and is surrounded by 1000 cherry trees.

135 East Hyogo Dry Gin is made at the Kaikyo distillery, named after the Akashi meridian, which is thought to pass by the distillery in Akashi, Japan. It is produced by discontinuous distillation using Far Eastern ingredients, along with juniper and other traditional London dry gin herbs. Carefully tasting the flavor profile of over 50 herbs, Master Distiller & Blender Kimio Yonezawa will choose to combine 3 traditional, European herbs and 5 authentic Japanese herbs, creating the 135 East Hyogo Dry Gin.
