Hyde 8-Year-Old Cask Strength is a bold and intense Irish whiskey, aged in carefully selected bourbon barrels to develop its rich character. This whiskey boasts a powerful yet smooth profile with deep flavors of caramel, honey and toasted oak, complemented by notes of dried fruit and spice.

The Redbreast brand was first released in 1939. In 1968 it ceased to exist after the distillery decided to rename it Jameson. In the 90s it was re-released, naming their single pot still whisky, Redbreast 12 Year Old Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey.

Drumshanbo Single Pot Still Irish is a rich and full-bodied expression created at The Shed Distillery in Ireland. This whisky is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks and develops a deep amber hue and a velvety mouthfeel.

Teeling Single Grain is a whiskey originating in Dublin and the old Teeling family distillery, the Cooler Distiller. This label was introduced to us in 2013 and although there are few whiskeys on the market today that have been produced with the addition of cereals, this particular distillate has followed this tactic, as well as it matured in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels for 6 years, thus obtaining various, special, unique features.
