Il Poggio Famiglia Fusco

Straw yellow on the face, intense on the nose with pleasant notes of green apple, peach and some herbal hints such as capers, intense on the palate, fresh and salty. This is Il Poggio Greco, a unique wine. Thanks to its characteristics, it can be combined with fish-based dishes such as sea bass and swordfish, grilled or baked with a light lemon sauce, salads without vinegar, fresh prawns, white meats and fresh cheeses such as mozzarella di buffalo.

Il Poggio Safinos, is a wine of rare depth, complex and refined with a solid and bright ruby color. Intense and elegant aromas of red fruits such as black cherry, raisins and blackberries are immediately noticeable. In the mouth it is generous, fresh but with velvety and fine tannins. It is balanced, intense, persistent and subtle. Its formality is remarkable. Ideal with grilled red meats or ragout.

Il Poggio Aglianico is a compact and bright wine with purple-red color and ruby ??highlights. Very typical Alianico nose, intense, quite complex and delicate, with dominant aromas of small ripe red fruits such as plum, amarena cherry, notes of dark chocolate, vanilla and some smoky notes due to the short passage in barrique (small oak barrel). It has velvety tannins, a fruity palate, a persistent, fine medium body and is poised and quite harmonious. Dare and you won't miss out if you accompany it with Moussaka or barbecue (BBQ).
