It is matured in a variety of casks, including sherry, bourbon and Mizunara oak, acquiring its complex character, with notes of cherry blossom, hints of pear and generally white-fleshed fruit and caramel. Sweet malt aromas along with traces of cereal and citrus round out the aromatic profile.
