Harvey's Bristol Cream 1L 17.5%

Harvey's Bristol Cream was created in 1860 by John Harvey II and his brother Edward. Until then, milk sherry was famous, which was known as Bristol Milk. All the producers then made their own "Bristol Milk", as it was a general name for the blends of the wines that everyone made.

Fino, Amontillado, Oloroso and a little Pedro Ximenez are the wines from which Harvey's Bristol Cream is created. Its aromas are sweet, with caramelized apples, raisins and peat standing out, accompanied by notes of spicy spices and oak. Raisins, caramel and hazelnuts are the ones that will dominate the taste of Harvey's Bristol Cream, accompanied by spices. In the aftertaste, the candy and Pedro Ximenez will stand out and will occupy our palate for a while.
