It has an intense red-grey color. Broad and complex bouquet, with fruity notes of gooseberry and plum jam, light spicy notes of cocoa, vanilla and tobacco. Full and round in the mouth with soft and sweet tannins, notes of red berries, spices and coffee. Excellent with red meats, roasts, game and salty cheeses.
