It will be distilled 4 times but the process will not stop there, it will go through another, fifth distillation, this time with 5 plants, Juniper Berries, Douglas pine thorns, Angelic, Lemon Vervena Leaves and Lemon zest, all from different countries. This is a unique gin, which is one of only three gins made exclusively from barley.
