Jinzu Gin was introduced to us in 2014. It is an idea of Dee Davies, a young English bartender, who won the Diageo's Show Your Spirit Competition, with this gin in 2013. Jinzu Gin is considered a British gin with a Chinese touch, the sake, which will give it a luxurious, creamy feel and a subtle sweetness. It takes its name from the Jinju River, which crosses Toyama City and is surrounded by 1000 cherry trees.

This gin got its name from the city of Jodhpur in India, which is known as the Blue City (Blue City), because it has many blue houses.
