The London Gin Νο1 Sherry Cask is our favorite London No1 Gin in a variation released by Gonzalez Byass. He took our favorite gin and put it for three months in ex-sherry casks, where before he matured the famous Tio Pepe wine, thus acquiring special characteristics.
