Cape Fynbos Citrus Edition Gin is a refined gin inspired by the unique botanicals of South Africa's fynbos region, paired with bright citrus notes. Its composition highlights natural aromas of lemon, lime, grapefruit, and other citrus peels, complemented by traditional gin botanicals, creating a fresh, clean, and vibrant flavour profile. The result is a gin with lively fruity energy, subtle botanical layers, and refreshing balance that reflects the diversity of fynbos nature.

Cape Fynbos Gin comes to us from South Africa and surprised us with its rich aromas. It is created with more than 30 herbs, including juniper, with each of them giving its own unique touches. All procedures will be carried out under the supervision and instructions of Christian Wilderer, before the gin is quadrupled, mixed with water from the French mountains and then bottled.

Citadelle Gin was created when the owner of Cognac Ferrand, Alexander Gabriel, was the one who petitioned the cognac council to allow him to use the same vats for gin production. He did this because the AOC legislation allows the production of cognac only 6 months of the year and so the other 6 people were out of work.

Citadelle Gin Old Tom No Mistake is a unique and refined gin that pays homage to the traditional Old Tom style while bringing a modern twist. Crafted in the heart of France, it blends the rich botanicals of Citadelle's classic gin with a touch of sweetness, making it smoother and rounder.

Citadelle Gin Rouge is a unique and vibrant expression of the classic Citadelle Gin, infused with a blend of red fruits and botanicals.

Citadelle Juniper Decadence is a luxurious and bold expression of gin, crafted by the renowned Citadelle distillery in France.

With the Citadelle Reserve, Maison Ferrand celebrated the rebirth of the golden gin. What started as a "family" experiment in 2008 and was shared with some "weird" bartenders and friends, has now become a gin sought after by bartenders and consumers for its unique taste profile. Aged gins were forgotten for nearly a century before the creation of the Citadelle Reserve. They will go in different types of barrels for about 5 months and in the end they will go in the same barrel type solera to mix and give us this special gin.
