Gaia Optimus 0.75L

Optimus is an Agiorgitiko with an impressive aromatic depth and an excellent velvety texture, complemented by a small percentage of wine from Vertzami, a forgotten variety of the Western Peloponnese grown in Koutsi. A "touch" that bequeathed to Optimus notes of spices and enhanced tannicity. The blend was quietly matured for about 18 months in oak barrels and then bottled without any intervention whatsoever. The first bottles no longer ask for anything more than the opportunity to age, even for a decade, to bring out even more gifts and virtues, with the geometric progression of the Fibonacci sequence reflected on their labels.
