This blend highlights the fruity, lively, and fresh character of both varieties, creating a wine that captivates the senses. With an attractive rose color and explosive aromas, the wine offers a refreshing finish. It is best served at 6-8C. It pairs wonderfully with Mediterranean dishes, such as pasta with tomato sauce, Asian cuisine (sweet and sour dishes), light meats (chicken, pork), and salads. Avoid heavy, fatty meats and very spicy dishes that would overpower its freshness.
