Anastasia Fragou SOUL is a unique, semi-dry rose wine, a charming blend of Agiorgitiko and Merlot from the vineyards of Pikermi, Attica. Its brief pre-fermentation maceration gives it a wonderful color and an intensely aromatic character. With a pomegranate hue, its nose is filled with aromas of strawberry, pomegranate, and sour cherry, while its juicy taste and crisp acidity lead to a long, spicy finish. Serve ideally at 10-12C. It pairs perfectly with sweet and sour Asian dishes, oily stews, grilled meats with sauces, and salads. Avoid very salty or acidic dishes and intensely flavored red meats.
