Many herbs and spices are used to make Martini Rosso, over 50 different species, with absinthe and dittany being just two of its key ingredients. It is colored with natural caramel color, thus acquiring its intense red color, but making the production process even more complicated. Exotic fruits such as guava and grapes will make its aroma even richer, making their presence felt both in its taste and in its spicy aftertaste. Enjoy it plain with enough ice or in combination with soda and fruit juices.
