Distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2023, it was aged in a combination of ex-bourbon casks and local beer barrels (stout, dark ale, and pale ale), lending rich complexity and depth to its profile. The nose opens with notes of vanilla, honey, and floral charm, while the palate delivers caramel, tropical fruit, creme caramel, apricot tart, cocoa, and soft spice, finishing warm with nutty hints.
