The harvest of this wine is done by hand. Aged in tanks (grenache) and oak barrels (syrah and mourvedre). It has a deep and bright purple-red color as well as an exciting nose with aromas of black fruits, spices and vanilla. This great aromatic complexity is also found on the palate: spices and ripe fruit emerge with elegance and harmonious tannins. The aftertaste has good aromatic length where a touch of licorice and pepper is discernible. It is a wonderful Chateauneuf du Pape with great concentration and finesse. Enjoy it between 2 and 20 years. It is better to be transfused if it is young -under 5 years old-. Accompany cooked red meats, poultry and game.

Scalunera is a dark red wine produced from the Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio varieties. It displays a rare aromatic profile, a blend of ripe, dry and pleasantly bitter sensations of red berries, cherries, yellow fruits, sandalwood, mushrooms and citrus aromas such as lemon peel. Tastewise, it has a medium body with firm tannins. This is an elegant wine that can easily be enjoyed on its own or paired with a huge variety of food such as braised, fatty fish, pork, lamb, cheese and vegetables such as aubergines and red peppers.

CasalFarneto Cimaio is a wine of remarkable structure and elegance, smooth, enveloping, extremely pleasant, with subtle aromatic notes. It is yellow in color with golden highlights and exudes sweet notes of vanilla followed by ripe quince, fruit, honey, almond and spice notes. In the mouth it has a wonderful structure, full body, minerality, it is slightly bitter but rounded, soft, warm, salty and very persistent. A meditative wine, excellent with very mature cheeses or with very salty and difficult dishes, fish soup, cod, liver and foie gras.

It is a mature and round red wine with intense rubies and violet hues. Aromas of plum, blueberry, cedar, chocolate, cherry and general red berries with spicy notes of white pepper immediately make their presence felt. In the mouth it develops harmoniously between the fruity sweetness and the salty freshness that possesses. "Tralcetto" Montepulciano D'abruzzo, is a real value for money wine to enjoy with pasta with red sauces, pepperoni pizza, grilled meats and Greek dishes such as pastitsio.

The Leinhohle is a southern slope just above Deidesheim. When the climate in Deidesheim was colder, it was considered one of the best locations in the village for grapes because of the sun exposure. Sandstone and limestone are mainly in the soil and for this reason wines of excellent quality are produced. Erste Lage is something similar to Grand Cru in France. The wine is fully fermented in barrel and matures on the lees for one year. Peach, apricot, apple and some herbal notes on the nose. Juicy complex and dense with ripe stone fruits and fine herbs in the mouth. Enjoy it with Asian dishes, with pork and spicy appetizers.

Anastasia Fragkou Merlot-Syrah is a robust, dry red wine, a balanced blend of Merlot and Syrah from the vineyards of Pikermi, Attica. Aging for 6-8 months in French oak barrels gives it richness, structure, and a tender sensation of warmth. With a deep ruby color, it offers complex aromas of ripe red fruits, vanilla, and spices. The palate is full-bodied, with well-structured tannins and a long finish that leaves notes of pepper and tobacco. Serve ideally at 15-18C. It pairs perfectly with BBQ, red meats, game birds, and hearty stews. Avoid very light dishes and very spicy foods. This is a wine that offers a warm and passionate experience!

Tselepos Santorini Nychteri Kanava Xrysou was introduced to us in 2018 and is another label created from 100% Assyrtiko. From the estates of the Chrysos family in Santorini and with the knowledge and experience of Giannis Tselepos, the grapes of the vineyards over 120 years old, will give us their best characteristics. They will be collected at the limits of natural maturation and will be fermented in large oak barrels, wherever it remains for 8 months together with its fine wine lees.
