CasalFarneto Otto Borghi Rosso, is a wine with remarkable structure and elegance, soft but at the same time powerful produced from the Montepulciano, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot varieties. It is presented to us with a deep vibrant purple red color, very intense aromas of ripe red fruits such as black cherry, blackberries and plums and with a spicy aftertaste. In the mouth it is warm and full and the taste is rich with soft tannins and a fruity finish. It goes perfectly with large beef steaks, game, braised meat and strong mature cheeses.

CasalFarneto Cimaio is a wine of remarkable structure and elegance, smooth, enveloping, extremely pleasant, with subtle aromatic notes. It is yellow in color with golden highlights and exudes sweet notes of vanilla followed by ripe quince, fruit, honey, almond and spice notes. In the mouth it has a wonderful structure, full body, minerality, it is slightly bitter but rounded, soft, warm, salty and very persistent. A meditative wine, excellent with very mature cheeses or with very salty and difficult dishes, fish soup, cod, liver and foie gras.

Crisio comes out of different stages and moments. It is a wonderful "Verdicchio Riserva", an aging wine, which can be consumed even after eight to ten years of age. It has a straw yellow color with greenish highlights and a strong aromatic note of freshness of persistent citrus aromas, white flowers, ripe white fruits and herbs. It is a full-bodied, complex, elegant, fresh, mineral, very tasty wine with pleasant acidity and persistent almond aftertaste, characteristic of Verdicchio wines. It pairs beautifully with any seafood main course, such as shellfish or sushi, but is also perfect with first courses garnished with aromatic herbs, mushrooms, truffles or semi-ripened cheeses. Try it with a veloute fish soup and you won't be disappointed!

This is a wine with an intense ruby color, rich and elegant aromas of flowers, fresh red fruits, berries, spices and spicy notes of vanilla. It is harmonious in the mouth, with good structure, warm, smooth with light and pleasant tannins, modern, elegant and very pleasant. Pairs well with everything savory and structured, first courses with red sauces, tagliatelle with meat sauce, barbecue, grilled red meats, game, cured meats as well as aged cheeses.

It has a straw yellow color with greenish highlights and broad, fresh and persistent aromas reminiscent of lime, white flowers, almond and summer fruits. It is a wine of exceptional expression, elegant and very pleasant on the palate that stands out for the wide range of fruity and floral aromas that complement and balance the nose. It goes well with hot or cold appetizers, white first courses, mushrooms and truffles, white meats and is excellent with any dish containing seafood, whether simple or gourmet. It's also great as an aperitif!

Il Poggio Coda Di Volpe has a straw yellow color with greenish highlights and a nose reminiscent of notes of elderberry, apricot, grapefruit peel, lime, melon, wild flowers, white pear, tarragon, wild fennel and mineral notes. Its clean and fresh taste is characterized by a strong salty note and a clear sense of citrus. Enjoy it with grilled sea bass, pasta with white sauce, polenta, seafood such as baked crabs, vegetable risotto and fresh cheeses.

Il Poggio Falanghina White, has an intense straw yellow color, complex aromas with ripe exotic fruits, intense notes of white flowers, lemons and apples. It is recommended to us with a rich, harmonious and persistent taste, balanced in the mouth giving a fresh but at the same time salty final sensation. This is a wine with excellent balance, acidity and smoothness. Accompany appetizers of the Mediterranean tradition, simple recipes with white fish and shellfish, grilled shrimp or squid, pasta with vegetables, but also salads with garlic, capers and even soups. Fiano is an Italian white grape variety grown mainly in the Campania region of southern Italy. An Italian white wine with a rich flavor. Charming aromas of citrus, white peach, notes of macadamia nuts and honey. In the mouth it has a medium body, an elegant white wine. Delicious Fiano that you will enjoy with grilled or steamed fish, shrimp, seafood risotto, pizzas with mushrooms or white cheeses, baked chicken, gruyere and salts with nuts, fruits and cheese.

Straw yellow on the face, intense on the nose with pleasant notes of green apple, peach and some herbal hints such as capers, intense on the palate, fresh and salty. This is Il Poggio Greco, a unique wine. Thanks to its characteristics, it can be combined with fish-based dishes such as sea bass and swordfish, grilled or baked with a light lemon sauce, salads without vinegar, fresh prawns, white meats and fresh cheeses such as mozzarella di buffalo.

Il Poggio Aglianico is a compact and bright wine with purple-red color and ruby ??highlights. Very typical Alianico nose, intense, quite complex and delicate, with dominant aromas of small ripe red fruits such as plum, amarena cherry, notes of dark chocolate, vanilla and some smoky notes due to the short passage in barrique (small oak barrel). It has velvety tannins, a fruity palate, a persistent, fine medium body and is poised and quite harmonious. Dare and you won't miss out if you accompany it with Moussaka or barbecue (BBQ).
