Don Papa Rum, was named after Papa Isio, a true leader who helped the island gain its independence in the 1890s. It is a rum that is aged for 7 years in two types of barrels, in oak, American, ex-bourbon barrels and in American Rioja barrels. From this process, it comes a rich in aromas and taste rum, enriched with notes of vanilla, fruit and honey. Don Papa Rum is ideal to drink it plain with ice or mixed in your favorite cocktail.
