Located in the Yonne department, the Chablis vineyard runs along a small river, the Serein. After fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, it is aged in fine lees for 15 to 18 months. It has a beautiful golden yellow color. Expressive, floral nose with a hint of white fruit (apple, pear). In the mouth it has mineral notes and a beautiful structure. Enjoy it at 11-13°C with seafood platters, oysters, goat and sheep cheese or even with fried chicken and fries.
