Aged for 24 months in oak barrels and at least 12 months in the bottle, it gains unique complexity and a powerful character. With a deep purple color, it offers intense aromas of sour cherry, black currant, and dried fruits, with notes of dark chocolate, vanilla, and spices. The palate is full-bodied, with well-integrated tannins and refreshing acidity, leading to a long, spicy finish. Serve at 16-18C after decanting for 20-30 minutes.
